We will begin at Medilodge at 6:30 and then Mallards Landing at 7:30. Once again Kim LaDuke will be at the keyboard. Take an evening off and help us spread good cheer to our local senior citizens.
This is a great opportunity to share the Christmas spirit with those who are unable to venture out anymore. The tradition was started in 1970 by Brian Moss, our current president, and remains one of the truly wonderful things the Guild does for the community. Come sing, share and visit with friends. This is the true meaning of Christmas.
An afterglow at the home of Janelle and Tony Cavis will follow at 8:30. Bring your own beverages; the Guild will provide sloppy joes and chips. Bring anything else you like.
The Guild will enter a float into two local Christmas parades again this holiday season. The St. Clair Christmas Parade is Friday, November 22nd and the Marine City Santa Parade is December 6th. Members and friends are invited to walk along with our float in either or both parades.
Work began on the SCTG float this past Sunday. Look for information on upcoming float work dates here on the website. We have the trailer base in our building and the beginnings of a plan. Any help would be appreciated. Building the float can be lots of fun.
