<p><strong></strong>The business meeting will be preceded by our annual picnic at the Guild Building, which will begin at 2:00 p.m. The Guild will provide the hot dogs and buns; bring a dish to pass and your own beverages! It&#8217;s always an enjoyable afternoon at the building, and fun for the whole family.</p>
<p>There are five vacancies on the board of directors to be elected at the meeting. If you are interested in running for one of the board positions, please <a href="contact">contact Jo Lantz using the contact form on the website</a>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tickets are now available for <em>Once Upon a Time: Far Out Fairytales</em>. Tickets are available at St. Clair Pharmacy and The Grape and Cheddar (both in St. Clair) and at Suzanne’s in Marysville. Tickets are $15.00 for adults and $12.00 for students and seniors.</p>

<p>The show will take place at the Knights of Columbus Hall in St. Clair on Rattle Run. We will be selling hot dogs, chili, popcorn, pop and candy. We we also be having a baked goods sale.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Congratulations to the cast and crew of &#8220;Cabaret 2010!&#8221; It was a great show that had the audience laughing, cheering and singing along. Great solo and ensemble performances, accompanied by Mark Meier and Company, and hosted by emcee <strong>Ernest Werth</strong>. A nearly full house (very good to see considering the other competitive events also scheduled for Saturday night) enjoyed every minute of the show, as well as the post-show music and dancing.</p>
<p>A big thank you to <strong>Colleen Anderson</strong> and <strong>Kerry Cote</strong> for directing this year&#8217;s production, <strong>Fred Smith</strong> and <strong>Jo Lantz</strong> for producing, <strong>Mark Meier</strong> for his musical direction, <strong>Sue Daniels</strong> for choreography and stage management, <strong>Pat Simons</strong> and <strong>Kevin Bandlow</strong> for running the spotlights, <strong>Nick Meier</strong> and crew for lights and sound, and <strong>Brian Moss</strong> for logistics and other trouble-shooting. <strong>Christine Watters</strong> handled the beverage runs this year, and <strong>Doreen Kephart</strong> was on the cash box, while <strong>Debbie Boulier</strong> and <strong>Chris Babbitt</strong> handled tickets (and security) at the door.</p>
<p>This year&#8217;s cast included <strong>Christine Allen, Sharon and Mike Bickley, David Brozo, Karen Getz, Dan Gurnsey, Kim LaDuke, Charlene LeBlanc, Kim Moore, Dana Sullivan, Chrissie Schrader, Debbie Seidel, Jordan Yeip, Kerry Cote</strong> and <strong>Colleen Anderson</strong>.</p>
<p>And thank you to our great audience! You raised over $1,100 for the John and Avis Cobb Memorial Fine Arts Scholarship through your generous purchase of 50/50 tickets, and supported the Guild through your attendance. We&#8217;ll see you next year!</p>
